Ordering Information

Tektite utilizes a shopping cart system for online orders. From a product page, click on any item's "Full Description", select your color choice, then click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the products you want to your cart. You can go back to any of the products pages and add additional items. When you are finished, click on "Checkout" to complete your order.

Registered Dealers and Distributors can also submit online orders, by checking the "I am an authorized dealer" box, and log in with their password and user ID.

Our secure server utilizes 128-bit encryption and SSL to ensure that your private order information (i.e. credit card numbers) is always secure. Please visit our privacy policy page for more information on our secure server.

Shipping Information

Tektite offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the continental United States plus international shipping around the world.

Please note:
Additional shipping charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
International shipping charges quoted by return e-mail. Recipient is responsible for taxes, duties and customs fees.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Tektite brand products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the normal life of the product. This warranty includes LEDs; and excludes O-rings, lanyards, batteries, bulbs and strobe electronics, which are wear items; wear items are covered for 60 days from date of purchase. This warranty is to the original owner only and does not cover damage due to normal wear, abuse, alteration, poor maintenance, accidents, loss or negligence. Our liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product.

*Strobes and LED lights not covered by warranty (i.e. non-defect flooding, electronics failure) require an additional $20 ($29 total per unit) for replacement, after credit for a returned module. Warranty does not apply to TEKNA brand products.

Terms of Sales

All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods and any/all returns are subject to a return fee of 15% of the order.

Terms of Commercial Sales

• All U.S. orders COD or credit card in U.S. funds. Net 30 with credit approval for U.S. customers only. International customers must pay in US funds via T/T or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover). LOC transactions, please add additional 10% of total order.
• Past due accounts subject to interest penalty of 1% per month (12% per year).
• Returned check fee is $30.00. Collection and legal fees added to overdue accounts. Strictly enforced.
• All orders ex-factory; F.O.B. Trenton, NJ USA. Standard shipping by FedEx, USPS, UPS. Shipping, handling, insurance and COD charges added to order. Other shipping methods will incur additional costs. Recipient is responsible for taxes and duties.
• All wholesale Purchase Orders are Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable. If cancelled, returned, or refused, 15% fee applies in addition to custom manufacturing costs.
• Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser. Claims for merchandise damaged or missing in transit must be filed with carrier immediately.
• Returns must be pre-authorized by Tektite Industries; 15% restocking fee applies to returns after 90 days. Parts and accessories are subject to 20% restocking fee. Return shipments must be freight prepaid. Refused shipments will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.
• Merchandise returned for warranty will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned parts at our discretion. Items out of warranty will incur repair and return shipping charges.
• Orders are accepted at price prevailing at time of shipment. Prices subject to change without notice.
• Possession of a price list, and/or submission of application, does not constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• Product specifications are subject to improvement or change without notice.
• Dealers and distributors who use our online ordering system will be charged their appropriate commercial pricing rather than consumer pricing.
• Tektite Liability in all circumstances is limited to replacement of product, or refund of purchase price paid to Tektite.
• All above terms supersede any or all Purchase Order terms, and are hereby included on all Quotations, Sales Orders, Credit Memos, and Invoices.
